Description

F1 teams are awfully innovative when it comes to giving their cars the upper hand, which normally leads to two ideas from their rivals - "Can we copy it?" or "Can we get it banned?" Enter McLaren's infamous 2010 F-Duct, where teams sought to recreate the concept for themselves before the FIA put their foot down on the pipework idea. Despite this, it did leave it's mark on the grid which we still see to this day, and in this episode of Banned we take a look at the birth, lifespan and death of the notorious F-Duct and it's related cousins.
