Description
This special edition of the Motorsport Show celebrates, in association with Autosport, 60 years of the British Touring Car Championship. Filmed on location at Brands Hatch, the episode includes interviews with Tim Harvey and Robb Gravett (both of whom are former British Touring Car Champions) and Gordon Spice and Anthony Reid (both of whom were prolific BTCC race winners). Alan Mann, whose race team won three BTCCs, is represented in this show by his son, Henry - who is a very fast tin-top racer in his own right. There's lots of succulent track footage, too, as some of the BTCC's best-known cars reacquaint themselves with the undulating and historic Brands Hatch circuit.
