The racing in the 1989 500 GP Series got better and better as the season progressed and the Belgian round did little to lower the pace or the standard. Forty thousand avid fans lined Belgium's Namur circuit with the majority of Belgian fans hoping to see their national hero, Eric Geboers (Honda) stop the unseemingly unstoppable David Thorpe on his Honda. Four riders dominated the event - Geboers, Leisk, Liles and Thorpe - the rest could be forgotten! The ensuing battle for supremacy is destined to become part of motocross legend. A super video providing you with fifty two minutes of non stop flat out action.
