1 Year of EV Ownership! Porsche Taycan Update and New GT4 RS?

My Porsche Taycan Turbo S is now a full year old, let's update on the EV ownership experience and check out the brand new Porsche GT4 RS, a future Shmeemobile?! My thoughts after 12 months might be a surprise...

Many didn't expect that the Taycan would hang around in my garage for this long, but it's very much the daily driver, has been on a road trip and to the Nurburgring, and serves a great purpose now with the Ctek charger at @The Shmuseum. The EV world is changing very quickly, from new cars on the market to the infrastructure itself, but let's have a run down of the first year so far.

However, last night Porsche also pulled the covers off the new Taycan Sport Turismo estate, as well as the GTS variants of all Taycan body styles. But that's not all, as the new GT4 RS has finally broken cover too! With the 4.0l flat-6 now making 500hp and revving to 9,000rpm, the aero has gone up dramatically and it absolutely looks the part while making its way to a Ring time of 7:04 - insane for a little Cayman! Fingers crossed it can become a Shmeemobile.
